Sending Domains & Deliverability
Deliver transaction receipts, school reports, and marketing campaigns directly to customer inboxes. GN-Apex enforces SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment to maintain a 99%+ deliverability rate.
“Cryptographic Easy-DKIM key rotation and DMARC alignment ensure your emails avoid the spam folder.”
Outbound Deliverability Architecture
Major mailbox providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple) reject emails originating from unauthenticated domains. GN-Apex secures your domain's reputation across three security pillars:
Easy-DKIM Key Rotation
Signs every outbound email with 2048-bit cryptographic signatures via 3 automated CNAME records.
SPF Network Alignment
Authorizes GN-Apex's global IP cluster to deliver emails on behalf of your domain name.
DMARC Policy Guard
Instructs receiving servers to quarantine or reject spoofed emails attempting to impersonate your business.
Automated Warmup Schedule
Gradually ramps up daily sending caps (e.g. 5 → 50 emails/day) to build sender reputation on new domains.
Automated Easy-DKIM Rotation
When you register a sending domain in Settings → Sending Domains, GN-Apex generates 3 unique CNAME records. These records point to a managed key server that automatically rotates your cryptographic DKIM keys every quarter with zero manual intervention.
Real-Time Deliverability Health Check
Run an instant diagnostic audit from your dashboard to verify whether your DNS records are configured correctly:
| Parameter | Type | Requirement | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| MX Record | Inbound Routing | Optional | Verifies mail exchanger priority points to our global cluster. |
| SPF TXT Record | Sender Verification | Optional | Confirms include:_spf.gnapex.com is present in your root DNS. |
| DKIM 1, 2, 3 | Cryptographic Keys | Optional | Verifies all 3 CNAME signature records have fully propagated. |
| DMARC Policy | Security Alignment | Optional | Checks for a valid v=DMARC1 policy (p=quarantine or p=reject). |
Automated Domain Warmup Engine
Blasting 10,000 emails on a brand-new domain on day one will cause email providers to flag your domain as spam. The built-in Warmup Engine automatically regulates outbound delivery:
- Starting Cap: Day 1 begins with a conservative limit (e.g., 5 emails/day).
- Daily Ramp: The system automatically increments your sending quota by 2–5 emails daily as positive reputation builds.
- Target Goal: Concludes once your domain reaches your chosen steady-state capacity (e.g., 500 emails/day).
