Open your dashboard and go to Settings → Nexus Shield™ → Incidents.
Provide the infringing website URL, describe what assets they are illegally reproducing (e.g., logos, checkout portals), and select the threat severity level.
The GN-Apex security team reviews the evidence. If the threat is validated, the status updates to TAKEDOWN_SENT.
